As shared last week, we are the beginning stages of planning for next year. This week we would like to share an additional form with you in regards to classroom placement for your child. This year all teachers and members of the administrative team provide detailed feedback about each student as a part of the class placement process for the coming school year. Whether or not you choose to provide parental input, classroom communities and individual student needs are carefully considered. However, if you believe that there are unique circumstances regarding your child that may be overlooked, you are welcome to provide your input. Information will be accepted by accessing this digital Optional Parent Input form. The form will be open for parent access today, Friday, April 24th, and will remain open until 5PM on Friday, May 8th. In order to ensure that the class placement process is completed in a timely manner, no parent input will be accepted after that date. Thank you in advance for observing the timeline.

In addition, If you haven’t already done so,  please use the Google form below to indicate if your family will not be returning next year.  Please disregard if you are planning on staying in the THES zone, if you are unsure of your family’s plans, or you are a parent of a 5th grade student.
